avengers_assembledSHIELD gets a call on the evening of August 4th from the NYC police, having responded to calls of some kind of minor explosion coming from one S&W Art Gallery in Greenwich Village.
Upon arrival, SHIELD will find a number of thugs and would-be black market gun runners in various states of injury, all tied up in webbing, stuck to walls and gagged with that same webbing.
In addition to a collection of a half-dozen bad guys, there are plenty of crates full of alien tech and guns, all collected and webbed together, tied with a neat little bow made of the same webbing.
Looking around the room, they will see signs of a fight, of course-- but one of the weapons had been discharged, blowing a rather sizable crated in the wall. Probably the reason for the call to the police in the first place.
