NOVEMBER 15, 2012, NEW YORK CITY -- Roger Thomas, 21, died at the East Broadway subway station at 7:36AM on his way to work. Witness reports indicate the man fell onto the tracks seconds before the train pulled into the station. New York City Police have used forensic methods to rule out the possibility Dresner was pushed.
Thomas is the third employee of Stark Industries to have died in the week of October 12, raising suspicions that the incident was not an accident.
Thomas was one of few successful applicants to the highly competitive internship at Stark Industries. Prior to his employment, he had been a graduate of Columbia University and double-majored in chemistry and modern art. Thomas featured in several news outlets upon his initial acceptance into Stark Industries when images of his attendance to a party hosted by the CEO, Tony Stark, surfaced depicting him inserting himself into several professional portrait photographs and hijacking its focus. Accusations of discriminatory hiring practices did not escalate to legal action. Representatives from Stark Industries have yet to comment.
A memorial service will be held by Thomas' family on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 10:00AM with details pending. A separate commemorative event is being held at Columbia University at the Earl Hall auditorium tomorrow on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 7:00PM.
