NOVEMBER 13, 2012, NEW YORK CITY -- George Leung, 42, and his wife, 43, were only just wed when tragedy struck.
Witnesses report that the newlyweds had begun to drive away from the Church of Transfiguration in Chinatown when the windshield suddenly shattered. Autopsy determined that the projectile was a small piece of gravel. Unfortunately, George sustained lethal injury. Tiffany is currently in critical care but stable condition.
Authorities state that the vehicle had not been traveling at sufficiently high speeds for flying debris to have accidentally broken the glass. The New York Police Department has currently sectioned off the street and is investigating possible dangers and explanations.
George Leung was an employee of Stark Industries and met his wife at a Long Island tulip show.
[Something about a bus crash which is boring.]
PATRON DIES AT CELEBRITY RESTAURANT DOOR
NOVEMBER 12, 2012, NEW YORK CITY -- A 53-year-old man died last night as he left a celebratory dinner at the Restaurant Marc Forgione. Autopsy reports showed that Boris Aleksandrov, Ph.D., had choked on a piece of apple. Tragically, he had already been experiencing respiratory difficulties and assistance did not arrive on time.
Mr. Forgione and his legal representation have insisted that no apple-based dishes had been served at the time.
Aleksandrov had immigrated from Moscow 4 years ago and recently joined Stark Industries as part of a green card sponsorship program. He was employed as an industrial psychologist. He published several papers on workplace contingency management and numerous critiques on pathologization in mental health. He is survived by two children and three grandchildren who live in the state. At the time of his death, his application for naturalization had been accepted earlier that day.
