SUBJECT: Svalbard
Thanks to the loan of uniforms from SHIELD, Brand, Vision, Pietro, Vance and I were able to get inside the HYDRA facility.
Schmidt killed some guy which pissed Loki off so he shot some of Schmidt's guys and generally it looks like there is trouble in paradise. I intend to drop a word in Schmidt's ear to try to widen that divide. Unless anyone else is dying to chat with him.
Brand mentioned the kid was Wei Jr.
Pietro got a look at some machinery which won't make any sense to most of you and barely made sense to me. I wondered how they were making new weapons without the Tesseract. It looks like Schmidt is powering the machinery himself somehow. Given the circumstances of his disappearance and the readings I've gotten off of him, it just barely makes sense.
Vision got shot. I'll talk to Pym about bandaids. He should recover.
Pietro and I stole some of Schmidt's space bullets.
Sif pulled our asses out of the fire when the whole shooting thing happened. Did I mention it happened in the dark? With the sprinklers going off? After there was an earthquake or something? It was fantastic.

Nice work. Radiation readings taken in some of the empty storage space in downstairs are consistent with contamination associated with heavy applications of Tesseract technology.
Mo-ren Wei is the last surviving Wei of interest. 28 years old. Married to bad news based out of Shanghai. She seems to be a little shy, probably because everyone around her is dying. If you can promise you won't go, I can arrange a meeting.
On a side note, Seismology has informed me that the readings taken around the time of your visit to Svalbard do not closely resemble any known phenomenon, natural or man-made.
Encouraging, I know.
