SUBJECT: More data on Blight-related artifact
Last night, Sif experimented with the Blight-related artifact by touching her sword to it. The artifact projected the two runes mentioned before, the star rune indicating slaughter, and the V combination A rune indicating the Mother of Dusk projected outward in blue light. The Mother of Dusk rune chased the star for a period of time. I have attached images of this.
Further, while her sword touched the artifact, Sif saw in her mind something like the process she experiences while she is teleporting. She also deciphered more runes. Runes that indicate Midgard, or Earth.
Further, while all this was occurring, the artifact broadcast something that registered on my instruments as static. I recorded it and have attached the file as well.
Conclusions: The artifact definitely reacts to Asgardian tech. In the case of Sif's sword, it seemed to attract it as if both were magnetized. The conjunction of slaughter, Earth, and dusk seems to be an unfortunate one. The artifact may be attempting to communicate, but it is beyond easy deciphering.
Further conclusion: Mr. Stark, I think you should have a look at this.
Attached: More rune photos, recording of static.

I'll run the static by JARVIS and see what he can make of it. I've got a lot of distributed computing we can use to crunch through that analysis in shorter order.
Take a look at the ship when I can. Anything you think I should keep an eye out for in particular?

It has circuitry, I know that much. It's a machine provoked by very particular events, namely contact with Asgardian technology. And Thor's hammer seemed to power it somehow, which suggests it has some kind of energy storage (although its current reserves are slowly waning).
All it's done with this renewed energy is light up runes and blast static. Attempt to communicate. If JARVIS is able to analyze the static, that may be our best lead. Still, I'd be interested to see if it reacts to anything else. I have re-sent on all my data about its circuitry for JARVIS as well.
