My brother has delivered a petition for exile on Earth. I have submitted my terms, which were:
1. He release the hostages held by SHIELD.
2. He deliver Schmidt to us for imprisonment.
3. He relinquish his staff/scepter/cane.
4. He obey the laws of Earth and its governments.
This exile and its conditions need only apply to Asgardian judgments and law. I do not expect him to agree.
