update: escape at the weapons facility.

Late night on the 5th, the following has occurred:

• during a video conference with Amora, magic sensors picked up on signals at either end
• footage shows that Loki then summoned the sceptre back to himself. Shortly after, he used it to knock out all electronics, shatter the glass of his window, and when response managed to focus on the cell, he was gone
• simultaneously, a similar surge appeared at Amora's location in the labs at the Mansion, with the same affect of wiping out immediate monitoring equipment
• when this was investigated, both Amora and Loki were gone, only leaving behind damage similar to his cell
• Amora returns to her guest room within a couple of hours. LOKI DOESN'T.

Tl;dr: Loki has escaped.
