Subject: The Hood
While returning home from the store through the Central Park paths this evening, I happened upon an assault and theft in progress. The two assailants, Finch and Digs as they referred to each other, were there to meet a man called 'The Hood'. Finch seemed afraid.
I stopped their assault on the young woman. While I was seeing to her, a man who I presume to be this 'Hood' arrived on the scene and shot them both in the head. Executioner style. The police are looking into their identities, but according to this hooded man's words they are naught by crooks and vagrants. What I witnessed would not deny this, but neither did that call for their so immediate death. By some magic or technology this Hood is capable of invisibility. His eyes seemed to glow red in the dark.
He considered what had occurred 'fun'.
It seems likely that we will run into him again.
