Russia is corrupt

Clint and Natasha arrived back in NYC today with the news that Loki's been seen canoodling with some of Russia's most important rich and powerful - in particular, a few international diplomats, two councilors (members of the high house of Russia's parliament), and at least one high-placed member of the Russian mafia.

They have names, as well as ways to contact each, both formal and more informal. By which we mean they have information about their security measures.
